    NOTE:
    DUE TO THE RISE IN FUEL COSTS THESE SHIPPING QUOTES MAY NOT REFLECT SHIPPING COSTS TO YOUR LOCATION. BEFORE A CUSTOMER’S ORDER IS SHIPPED THE CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THE EXACT SHIPPING COSTS. THE CUSTOMER MUST GIVE THEIR APPROVAL OF THE SHIPPING COST BEFORE THE ORDER IS PROCESSED.

Items too big to be shipped by FedEx, UPS etc. must be shipped by a common carrier trucking company. The shipping cost is determined by the amount of the customer’s order. 

SHIPPING RATES PERTAIN TO CONTINENTAL USA. ALL OTHERS PLEASE CALL FOR RATES.

The chart below is how the shipping costs are determined:

Orders up to $500.00 Shipping cost is $120.00
From $501.00 to $1,000.00 Shipping cost is $147.00
From $1,001.00 to $1,500.00 Shipping cost is $185.00
From $1,501.00 to $2,000.00 Shipping cost is $220.00
Over $2,000.00 Shipping cost is 11% of total merchandise order

SHIPPING DAMAGES  

    All our products are shipped in perfect condition. We pack each carton carefully to avoid any damages during shipping. Occasionally damages do occur. We ship with more than one trucking company and each company has their own policy about shipping damages. In general this is the procedure, when you receive your furniture you should inspect the cartons. If a carton is crushed, has holes in it or unusually damaged, ask the delivery driver to wait until you open the box to examine the merchandise. If the item is damaged place it back in the box and have the driver make a note on the bill of lading that this item is being returned because of damage. We will send you a replacement free of charge.
    Some trucking companies require you to inspect all merchandise before you sign the bill of lading. The damage return policy is the same. Place the damage item back in the box and make a note on the bill of lading that the item is being returned because of damage and we will replace it.
 

REFUND POLICY

    We sell only first quality merchandise. All our products are made by the finest craftsmen using the best quality materials available. If you aren't satisfied with your ordered merchandise send us an email or call us at 718-968-9626 We will try to solve any problem you may have. Do not return the merchandise. All returns must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Call us at 718-968-9626 for the authorization number. All merchandise returned to us without this number will not be accepted and returned to the customer.
    All returned items must be in the original carton with the original packing and packed securely to prevent damage on the return shipping. ANY MERCHANDISE RECEIVED BY US THAT IS DAMAGED WILL NOT BE ISSUED A REFUND. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COST.

All refunds will be for the full purchase price minus the shipping cost. Shipping costs are determined by the shipping company and cannot be refunded.

Items shipped with FREE SHIPPING: We pay the shipping cost to our customers. If a customer returns an item that was shipped with free shipping they will be responsible to pay the return shipping back to us as well as our actual shipping cost to the customer. Example: the customer pays shipping to a customer and from a customer. Free shipping is only for non-returned items.

ALL WICKER ITEMS RETURNED ARE SUBJECT TO A 35% RESTOCKING FEE.
