GIVE THEIR APPROVAL OF THE SHIPPING COST BEFORE THE ORDER IS PROCESSED.
Items too big to be shipped by FedEx, UPS etc. must be shipped by a common carrier trucking company. The shipping cost is determined by the amount of the customer’s order.

SHIPPING DAMAGES
All our products are shipped in perfect
condition. We pack each carton carefully to avoid any damages during shipping.
Occasionally damages do occur during shipping. We ship with more than one
trucking company and each company has their own policy about shipping damages.
In general this is the procedure, when you receive your furniture
you should inspect the cartons. If a carton is crushed, has holes in it or
unusually damaged, ask the delivery driver to wait until you open the box to
examine the merchandise. If the item is damaged place it back in the box and
have the driver make a note on the bill of lading that this item is being
returned because of damage. We will send you a replacement free of charge.
Some trucking companies require you to inspect all
merchandise before you sign the bill of lading. The damage return policy is the
same. Place the damage item back in the box and make a note on the bill of
lading that the item is being returned because of damage and we will replace it
free on charge.
When you place your order you will receive instructions as to
which policy the trucking company delivering your merchandise requires.
REFUND POLICY
We sell only first quality merchandise. All our products are made by the finest craftsmen using the best quality materials available. If you aren't satisfied with your ordered merchandise send us an email or call us at 866-504-2100 and we will solve any problem you may have. If we are unable to solve the problem or come to an agreement, to your satisfaction we will then refund your full purchase price. Shipping costs are determined by the shipping company and cannot be refunded.
Items shipped with FREE SHIPPING: We pay
the shipping cost to our customers. If a customer returns an item that was
shipped with free shipping they will be responsible to pay the return shipping
back to us
as well as our actual shipping cost to the customer. Example: the customer pays shipping to a
customer and from a customer. Free shipping is only for
non-returned items.
